Imperion may coordinate qualified third-party vendors and trades while retaining responsibility for communication, coordination and completion oversight.
The Imperion Readiness Standard is a proprietary readiness-management and confirmation method. It is not a municipal, engineering, building-code or licensed inspection certification.
To the extent permitted by law, Imperion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Service-specific terms are set out in individual engagement agreements.
